1. Consent to the Terms and Conditions:

travocompare.com, and you or any business you represent (collectively, "You," "you," or "User") have a legally binding agreement in these Terms of Use and Service and any other terms and conditions or agreements specifically incorporated by reference (collectively, the "Terms"). The Terms regulate all user access to and use of any other website or client portal (collectively, the "Websites"), any desktop or mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps"), and any content, functionality, technological solutions, and services provided on or through the Websites or Apps, including the paid and free subscription services (collectively, the "Services"), as well as the purchase of goods or products (collectively, the "Goods") and gift cards made available through the Websites or Apps.

6. Prohibited Applications

7. Contributions and Shares by Users

The Content Standards outlined in these Terms must be adhered to by all user contributions.

8. Surveillance and Implementation; Termination

• At its sole discretion, it may delete or refuse to post any User Contributions or utilize the Share Information for any or no reason. may, at any time and for any reason, add, modify, stop, delete, edit, or suspend such User Contributions without providing you with prior notice, your consent, or any liability.
• Take any action that determines is necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion with regard to any User Contribution or Share Information, including if thinks that such information violates the Terms, including the Content Standards, infringes upon any person's or entity's intellectual property rights or other rights, endangers the public's or Platform users' personal safety, or could expose to liability.
• If a third party alleges that anything you post infringes on their rights—such as their right to privacy or their right to intellectual property—you must reveal your identity or other relevant information.

9. Standards for Content

The use of interactive services and any user contributions are subject to these content guidelines, or "Content Standards." The entirety of user contributions must abide by all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Along with ones above, User Contributions cannot:

• Violate the intellectual property rights of another party, e.g. a copyright, trade secret, patent, trademark, or other type of property.
